  • Full name (and partner’s name for couple registrations)
  • Email address and phone number
  • Membership status (WCI Bradford member, visitor, or other branch)
  • Registration type (individual or couple)
  • Date, time and IP address of registration

Why We Collect It

Your data is collected solely for the purpose of managing attendance at the Marriage & Relationship Forum on 26 April 2026. Specifically:

  • To confirm your registration and generate a reference number
  • To manage check-in on the day of the event
  • To contact you if there are changes to the event
  • To understand attendance patterns for future planning

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your explicit consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the consent box and submit this form. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Your registration data will be retained for 6 months after the event (until 26 October 2026), after which it will be securely deleted. Anonymised attendance figures may be retained for longer for statistical purposes.

Who Sees Your Data

Your data is accessible only to authorised staff of Winners Chapel International Bradford involved in organising this event. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
